YUM YUM


I can't take full credit for these good Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze. I got the main recipe off of the food network web site, courtesy of Giada De Laurentis. I made a little change to them by using some whole wheat pastry flour for half of the flour, and adding some mini chocolate chips to the batter. " I have to get my chocolate fix each day."
